Junsu's English Skill was unveiled in New Zealand.
Kids and their dads left to New Zealand for 5N6D vacation in New Zealand. DWAWG members gathered at Incheon International Airport in the early morning for briefing and takes care the administration before leaving to New Zealand. After long haul of 12 hours flight, they arrived in New Zealand, an island country in the southern hemisphere.
Lee Jonghyuk and his son Lee Junsu walks together to see ocean and floating boats on the sea. Junsu takes glance with foreigners and he seems shy, so he's walking with his head down.
Lee Jonghyuk teach Junsu simple english greetings, such 'Hi' and 'Good Morning', Junsu surprisingly showing his hidden english skills with natural pronounciation of his english greetings.
Frustrated Lunch
In this broadcast, kids and their dads have to get their own lunch without help from the crew as their mission. Lee Jonghyuk and Lee Junsu goes to the restaurant. While coming to the restaurant, Lee Jonghyuk straightly only said "Breakfast" to foreigner employee. The employee can't understand his pronunciation which is in Konglish (Korean English) and makes Lee Jonghyuk feels embarrassed.
Then, Lee Jonghyuk said "Hamburger" in Konglish again, but this time the employee manages to understand what he said. The employee asked, "When?" and Lee Jonghyuk said naturally, "Jigeum" (Now). Lee Jonghyuk got mental breakdown when he saw the menu which written in english, "I feel like trowing up, why it's full in english," he sheds his sweat.
They ordered hamburger, as they called it as foreign hamburger that taste like just foreign hamburger. The employee was coming to their table for asked about service. The second time when he was walking to their table, Junsu told his dad, "He's coming again." Jonghyuk feels frustrated, "Ah, why he comes again!" The employee keeps asking about service and Lee Jonghyuk answered it desperately and annoyed tone voice in english, "No, no, no," and "It's ok, it's ok." Finally he's murmuring, "Please, just let us eat comfortably."
The employee was smiling when Lee Jonghyuk asked kimchi and pickles. The employee brings out 'weird' pickles that really different from korean pickles. Lee Jonghyuk innocently, "Turns out, pickles in here is weird," his words brings laughter.
Even though, Lee Jonghyuk couldn't conceal his frustration with foreigner employees and the full written english menu. Lee Jonghyuk was lucky enough to meet korean employee in the restaurant. Fortunately, because of that Lee Jonghyuk could order food in Korean. So, he and his son Junsu has enjoyed delicious lunch time.
