DWAWG's Junsu's "Fish Cake Kimbab"
I watched tv on weekend and saw Junsu ate fish cake kimbab deliciously
Look at how simple ingredients are... can't resist to made it ㅎ
Ingredients
1 bag fish cake
Rice
Vienna Sausage or Ham
Kimchi
Ketchup
Eggs
How to make it
Use Dongwon product's healthy busan fish cake.
The taste of other fish cake is different, I like this one more~
Today I will using busan fish cake for the kimbab
So, prepare fish cake
Because I don't have vienna sausage, I'm using ham
Frying Kimchi with little bit oil and sugar
Put rice on top of fish cake, and kimchi on top of it
After put ham, spread ketchup
In DWAWG, they eat right away
I'm modified it ^^ You can do whatever you want !
Roll it up and secured it with tooth stick...
After dip it in the eggs, heat oil on frying pan and fry it
Fry from the bottom first and thoroughly to upside~
It's better to sliced it and eat it
completed ^^
